Our dream is to create a community where each household chooses how much involvement or privacy it desires. Homes, nestled within the forest, let people enjoy quiet and solitude. Those desiring socialization or want to participate in activities, will have lots of options
CONCEPT SITE PLAN
The site will be around 200 acres, accommodating approximately 100 residences and an assortment of communal spaces. The ideal site will have rolling hills and a natural water feature to take advantage of both sun exposure and geothermal effects for passive solar design.
ART
Art studios, offering classes, will be available for resident artists. Residents can display their creations in a community gallery.
WELLNESS
A community swimming pool and workout studios will be on-site.
HOSPITALITY
A restaurant will be onsite where residents can bring their guests or opt for meal plans. There will be a guesthouse for the public or guests.
COMMUNITY GARDEN
There will be a community garden where residents can grow flowers, vegetables while learning from each other.
