Responsibility to our environment drives design and construction. We will not use materials that threaten our environment or endangered woods or species.
PASSIVE HOUSE
Meets all passive house standards including high level insulation, house orientation, and air-tightness.
SUSTAINABLITY
All energy will be generated on-site, with a solar panel network across the community, as well geothermal heating and super-efficient fireplaces.
LANDSCAPE
The community will have a minimal impact on the natural environment. Homes will be nestled in a forested, natural landscape, with walking paths throughout. A community garden will give residents an opportunity to connect with nature and their fellow neighbors. A central composting program will minimize waste.
